For those who use tap water at home or office and drain to the public sewer, we request a sewerage usage fee for each meter reading of the water meter to be performed once every two months.

If you use tap water and do not discharge it to the public sewer at all, you may not be eligible for collection of sewerage usage fees. Specifically, please contact sewer River Bureau accounting section (refer to the following reference).

• When we install flush toilets in area where public sewer is not maintained, setting procedure of septic tank is necessary.
• Please submit registration form when the manager changes due to moving or when the septic tank is abolished.
