Photography Cooperation

As part of the Yokohama Municipal Transportation Promotion Activities, we will cooperate in shooting movies, TV programs, commercials, magazines, etc. using municipal buses, subway vehicles and stations. ※From the viewpoint of ensuring the safety of customers and preventing obstacles to operation, we may not be able to meet your needs such as time zone, schedule, location, etc.
※During the shooting, please follow the instructions of the authorities and pay close attention to the use of the customer, such as assigning guidance staff.

※The maximum number of passengers on the bus that is open is 6 people.
※When using a chartered bus, you will not be able to stop at the bus stop. In addition, when stopping on the road and photographing, it is necessary to obtain a separate road use permission.

Please contact us at least two months before chartered use, and one month in advance if you want to charter a bus. Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance for other shooting. The person in charge will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
※In the case of bus charter use, it is necessary to submit your request for operating hours and routes in advance to check the availability of crews and vehicles.

Regarding the shooting, we will respond within a few days after confirming the content of your inquiry.

The shooting time is from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, including preparation and withdrawal, and from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays when using a business that is open.

（１） In addition to making sure that customers, nearby residents, and passers-by feel uncomfortable, and respond to complaints caused by shooting should be handled by the photographer.
（２） Please do not shoot so that individuals can identify individuals, such as passers-by or customers' faces. (When shooting, be sure to obtain the consent of the subject.)
（３） If there is a concern about the impact on the operation and the walking of the customer, please assign guidance and guidance personnel for customers and passers-by in the facility in addition to the shooting staff.
（４） Please prepare, withdraw and recover the status quo within the shooting time.
（５） The authorities do not take any responsibility for any accidents or troubles during shooting.
（６） A fare (fare) is required when using a bus or subway, or when shooting the traffic scene at the station ticket gate.

※If you want to charter a vehicle, please submit the application form at least 2 weeks in advance.

You will be required to pay the facility usage fee, witness fee, fare (when boarding and shooting the traffic scene at the station ticket gate), etc. as expenses for shooting cooperation. Expenses other than fares should be paid at the financial institution counter in accordance with the delivery notice issued by the authorities.

After notification of provisional approval from the authorities, please download and submit the application form for shooting cooperation and confirmation of compliance with City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau. (1 week before shooting)
