The secret of a bright shoe
Naming
It was decided to be "Akai shoes" by open call for participants from Yokohama.
It was perfect for the image that the body color of the retro-style bus was "red", the nursery rhyme "red shoes", and it was easy to use as a new "foot" for Yokohama sightseeing.
Vehicle design
This retro design is based on the image of an old streetcar.
With particular attention to the interior, brick-like design inspired by Akarengasoko, and the image of Minato Yokohama, some vehicles are equipped with bells with ship motifs. Please look for it!
License plate
In fact, all the numbers of red shoes are "150"!
This is because we started running to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the opening of Yokohama.
