Please read the "Kohoku Ward Character" Kohoku Ward Mizuki "Guidelines for Rental of Costumes (PDF: 158KB)" and "About Lending of Kohoku Ward Mizuki" Costumes (PDF: 172KB) and submit the application documents to Public Relations Section Kohoku Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division.

• Shopping Street Events
• Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations events (athletic meet, etc.)
• Events such as district centers and care plazas (cultural festivals, etc.)
• School, nursery school, kindergarten events (athletic meet, school festival, etc.)

※Please note that we do not lend in the following cases.

• Personal events such as weddings, social gatherings, year-end parties, etc.
• Store opening events and corporate-sponsored events
  (If a company uses it for a social contribution project in cooperation with the government, it may be borrowed, so please consult us.)
• Events that may mislead, such as supporting or certifying specific individuals, organizations, companies, political parties, or religious organizations
