Magazine commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Kohoku Art Festival

The Kohoku Art Festival, which began with the desire to "have the inhabitants of the ward feel free to get acquainted with cultural arts in a familiar place," celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2017.
