The 25th Anniversary Magazine of the Kohoku Art Festival
The Kohoku Art Festival, which began with the idea of "I want the inhabitants of the ward to feel free to get acquainted with cultural arts in a familiar place," celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2017. At the turning point of the quarter century, we published a commemorative magazine summarizing the trajectory of our activities so far.
Kohoku public hall's curtain is a very valuable work, created by Serizawa, a living national treasure, inspired by the "Tsurumi River Basin Picture" of the Edo period. In 2015, cleaning and repair were carried out for the first time since the installation of the Kohoku Ward New General Government Building was completed in 1978.
