A

According to the Building Standards Law, as a general rule, a building cannot be built unless the site of the building is in contact with the "road" for more than 2m. This "road" refers to the following.

(1) Public roads with a width of 4m or more
(2) Thing with a width of 4m or more created based on laws such as the City Planning Act and the Land Readjustment Act
(3) Those that had a width of 4m or more at the time of the enforcement of the Building Standards Law (November 23, 1950)
(4) Those that have been designated as the position of the road and have a width of 4m or more
(5) Currently, the width is less than 4m, but along the road at the time of the enforcement of the Building Standards Law (November 23, 1950), the width of 1.8m or more where houses were lined up along the road (commonly known as "Section 2 Road") I'm calling.)
