I live in Yokohama, but want to be vaccinated at a medical institution outside the city, what should I do?

About inoculation
"Vaccination conduct request book" which Yokohama-shi issues is necessary. (Application is required in advance.)
Please follow the implementation method of the municipalities receiving the vaccination.

Costs
In principle, you will be responsible for it.
However, by having the necessary/required procedures in advance, we will refund (reimbursement payment) for the cost of vaccination.
You may be able to receive it. (homecoming births outside the city, vaccination during hospitalization or after long-term illness, etc.)
※Streptococcus pneumoniae for adults and influenza Vaccinations are not eligible.
Also, it takes about 2 to 3 months from application to refund.
