※If there is an application that exceeds the number of vacant slots within the same day, Yokohama City will decide by lot.
※The same day shall be handled by Hours in principle. (Applications received after 5:15 p.m. shall be in the same order as those received by 5:15 p.m. on the next open day).

1. Please download the Advertisement Application Form. (Either of the following)

2. Fill out the required items and send it to Kohoku Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division. You can bring, mail, e-mail or fax.
   ※For details on how to apply, please refer to "Applications and Inquiries".
3. [7 to 10 days after application] Yokohama City will send you a notification of selection (or non-selection) notification.
4. Upon receipt of the selection notice, please send the letter of consent (enclosed with the selection notice) attached to the seal and the revenue stamp to the Kohoku Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division.
   In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB Page Advertisement Standard Agreement will be replaced by the contract.
5. [1 week before the start of posting] Please submit a banner image.
6. Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery letter of advice sent from Yokohama City. (Batch advance payment)
   ※The delivery notice will be sent by the month before the publication starts. (If you receive an application including publication in April, we will send it in April.)
7. [Posting Start Date] Please make sure that it is posted on the web page. (Work hours will be until 11 a.m. on the day of publication.)
