We support the creation of the rules of the town.
- The rules for how to use land and how to build buildings are stipulated uniformly nationwide from a wide-area perspective, such as the City Planning Act and the Building Standards Law.
What do you mean?
- If it is in the law, anything will be built even if it does not fit the area.
"Isn't it possible to make a better city with our own power?"

- In addition to laws and regulations, you can discuss with everyone and set detailed rules that match the characteristics of the region.
- The detailed rules that match the area, determined by the local people, are called "town rules".
