Food Sanitation Officer
Operations are required to appoint a food hygiene manager. If you do not have a qualified person, be sure to submit a report within 3 months after business permission or notification.

If there is a qualified person
When applying for or submitting a business license, please present documents proving qualifications at the counter. (Copy is possible)
When applying for or submitting a business license using the food hygiene application system (outside site), please attach documents proving qualifications.

If there is no qualified person
(one company) Qualifications can be obtained by attending training classes held by the Yokohama Food Sanitation Association. After obtaining the qualification, please notify us of your appointment immediately. Please be sure to submit a report within 3 months after business permission or notification.

Change of Food Sanitation Officer
If the food hygiene manager is changed, please submit a notification of change at the counter.
There is no charge. We will issue a food hygiene manager's slip on the spot.
In addition, please file from system (outside site) such as food hygiene application when you apply for business license in country system.

The style can be obtained from the notification (outside site) of changes in business license application items or business notification items.
(It is also available at the counter.)
・Documents certifying qualifications
・Food hygiene manager's vote of predecessor (collect if you have at hand)
Reissue of food hygiene manager's vote
If you lose or damage the food hygiene manager's card, please apply for a reissue at the counter.
There is no charge. We will re-issue it on the spot.

Food Sanitation Officer Practical Seminar
Those who are registered as food hygiene managers at food-related facilities such as restaurants and school lunch cafeterias should attend a food hygiene manager training course at least once a year to acquire new knowledge about food hygiene.
