Those who are free of charge at health check-up (2024 consultation)
Those who fall under any of the following are free of charge. (However, those who fall under the following 2 need to apply in advance.)
1.Those who are 70 years old or older as of April 1, 2025 (born before April 1, 1954)
Please bring something that can confirm your date of birth (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) at the time of consultation.
2.Households that are exempt from municipal tax and prefectural tax in 2023 or are taxed only on a per capita rate (based on the income of all household members during 2022)
At the time of consultation, a confirmation letter issued by Health and Welfare Center is required to be issued by health check-up. Before you receive health check-up, please bring your identification card (identification card such as driver's license or health insurance card) and make sure to apply at Health Promotion Section (37th floor on the third floor). You will need one confirmation letter for each health check-up. In addition, please be careful as grant after examination consultation is not possible.
3.Those who receive social security
Please bring your "Holiday / Night Medical Request Certificate" at the time of consultation.
4. Those aged 65 to 69 who have a certificate of insured medical care for the elderly
Please bring your "Large Elderly Medical Care Insured Card" at the time of consultation.
5.Those who are covered by the support payment system for residual Japanese in China
Please bring your "identity identification card" at the time of consultation.
