health check-up free of charge (consultation in 2024)
Those who fall under any of the following are free of charge. (However, those who fall under the following 2 need to apply in advance.)
1.Those who are 70 years old or older as of April 1, 2025 (those born before April 1, 1954)
Please bring a copy of your date of birth (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) at the time of consultation.
2.Households that are exempt from municipal tax and prefectural tax in 2023 or only the per capita rate (based on the income of all household members during 2022)
At the time of consultation, you will need a health check-up Confirmation Form issued by Health and Welfare Center. Before receiving the health check-up, be sure to have a personal identification card (such as a driver's license or health insurance card) and apply at the Health Promotion Section (37th floor on the 3rd floor). You need one confirmation letter for each health check-up to be examined. In addition, please be careful as you cannot issue after examination consultation.
3.Those who receive social security
Please bring your "Holiday, night medical treatment request card" at the time of consultation.
4. Those aged 65 to 69 who have a certificate of insured medical care for seniors
Please bring your "Large Elderly Medical Care Insured Card" at the time of consultation.
5.Those who are covered by the support payment system for Japanese nationals remaining in China
Please bring your "identity verification card" at the time of consultation.
