Health and Medical Services: Functional Training Class

We provide classrooms that support the independence of daily life and the expansion of the range of living while exercising and enjoying going out.

Doctors, physiotherapists, public health nurses, nutritionists, and dental hygienists will give advice to lifestyle-related diseases prevention and others.

Speech therapists will give advice to broaden the range of communication through gesture games and conversations.

Those who live in Kohoku Ward and fall under any of the following items

1. About 40 to 64 years old
2. Those who have sequelae such as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage (approximately within 5 years of onset)
3. As a general rule, those who do not use The Long-term Care Insurance's tsusho service (day service (elderly day care) Day Care)

[How to use]

A community health nurse visits and explains the classroom.
Please talk with elderly person support charge, Local Elderly Care Management Center (in community care plaza).
