Health and medical services: Functional training class

We conduct classrooms that support the independence of daily life and the expansion of the range of living while moving the body and enjoying going out.

Doctors, physiotherapists, public health nurses, nutritionists, and dental hygienists provide advice from lifestyle-related diseases prevention and others.

Speech therapists provide advice to expand the range of communication through gesture games and conversations.

Those who live in Kohoku Ward and fall under the following items:

1. Approximately 40 to 64 years old
2. Those with sequelae such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage (generally within 5 years of onset)
3. As a general rule, those who do not use The Long-term Care Insurance's outpatient services (day service (elderly day care) Day Care)

[How to use]

Public health nurses in charge of the community visit and explain the classroom.
Please talk with elderly person support charge, Local Elderly Care Management Center (in community care plaza).
