Kohoku Ward has established the Kohoku Ward Elderly Abuse Prevention Liaison Committee to create networks with government and related organizations.

The Elderly Abuse Prevention Law stipulates that a person who notices abuse are obliged to report to municipalities. If you feel that urgent response is needed, such as the danger of the life of the elderly, please consult with the ward Health and Welfare Center or your local Regional Comprehensive Support Center (Community Care Plaza).
