There are two types of flags, red and yellow.

<Registration Qualification>

Those who have qualifications as public health nurses, midwives, nurses, and associate nurses who live or work in the city, and who can support activities in the city in the event of a disaster. (However, in principle, those who are supposed to attend the workplace in the event of a disaster, such as working at a hospital, are excluded.)
