We will inform you when you are particularly crowded at each window in Insurance and Pension Division.
Please use it as a reference when you can decide the next agency date.

• Monday, after consecutive holidays
• Late March to early April
• Late July to early August

• At the beginning of the month (until around 5th)
• Monday, Friday, end of consecutive holidays
• Late March (spring break time)
• Concentration from early April to early May, especially from April 1 to 5.
• Mid-June to early July, especially immediately after sending the “Notice of Premium Decision”
• Mid-July to early August, especially immediately after sending the “Notice of Premium Decision”

Especially from early April to early May, mid-June to early July, and from mid-July to early August, it is very crowded every year.
(You may have to wait at least an hour.)
Also, during the period from mid-June to early July and from mid-July to early August, it will be difficult to connect.
