Yokohama City Information Disclosure System

Yokohama City enacted the "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City" in February 2000, respecting the right of citizens to know and clarified their responsibilities for explanations on municipal administration, and held by the city to everyone. Guarantee the right to request disclosure of administrative documents.

When you want to see the contents of administrative documents held by Yokohama City or want a copy of it.

Billing MethodPlease fill in required items on the prescribed disclosure request form (prepared at each reception desk) and submit it to each reception desk.
1) Requester's name, contact information such as Address, Phone number, etc.
2) Name or content of the target administrative document
3) Method of disclosure (viewing, copying, etc.)
