Information Disclosure System of Yokohama City

In February 2000, Yokohama City enacted the "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City", respecting the right of citizens to know, clarifying accountability regarding municipal administration, and ensuring that the city holds for everyone. We guarantee the right to request disclosure of administrative documents.

Billing methodPlease fill out the prescribed disclosure request form (prepared at each reception desk) with required items and submit it to each reception desk.

3) Method of disclosure (inspection, delivery of copies, etc.)
