Yokohama City Planning Master Plan Kanazawa Ward Plan “Kanazawa Ward Town Development Policy”

　The "Yokohama City Planning Master Plan" is a long-term basic policy on city planning in Yokohama City, and is determined based on the City Planning Act. "Yokohama City Planning Master Plan Kanazawa Ward Plan" Kanazawa Ward Town Development Policy "(hereinafter referred to as" Kanazawa Ward Plan ") With a view to the next 20 years, we will draw a desirable vision for the future of Kanazawa Ward and establish a basic policy for town development to achieve this goal.

Kanazawa Ward Plan was revised (FY2017)

　The first Kanazawa Ward Plan was formulated in 2000, and more than 15 years have passed since then. During this period, social conditions such as population decline, declining birthrate and aging population. In 2013, the "Yokohama City Planning Master Plan All City Plan" was revised as the "Yokohama City City Planning Master Plan Overall Plan", and during this period, plans for each field have been formulated and revised.
　Against this background, we reviewed the "Kanazawa Ward Plan" from 2014 and revised it on March 23, 2018 after two public opinion solicitations.
　At the same time, the "Kanazawa Bunko Station East-West-ku Shinbu Integrated Area Plan" was revised and incorporated into the Kanazawa Ward Plan.
