Initiatives in FY2019

In Kanazawa Ward, we are starting to consider future town planning for the central part of Kanazawa Ward from Kanazawa Bunko Station to Kanazawa Hakkei Station. Therefore, we will first hold a workshop to think about the use of parks and open spaces to think about future town development. The workshop is scheduled to be held three times in total. Please join us.

Theme "Let's prepare the proposal into a project for execution ♪"
In the second session, participants will be asked to make a concrete plan for implementation of the plan selected by voting. Those who could not participate in the 1st and 2nd sessions can also participate from the 3rd session.

• Anyone interested in town planning in the center of Kanazawa Ward can participate. Those who have not participated in the 1st and 2nd sessions can also participate.
• In the third session, the "plan selected in the second round" will be divided into groups and deepen the contents of the plan for implementation. For those who want to participate in and execute the project themselves in the "Project selected in the 2nd Plan".

At Mr. Sonoda's lecture, he introduced examples of place making being worked on in Toyota City. In addition, in the town development workshop, people who are active in various genres participated and came up with many interesting ideas.
