About mailing submission of out-of-area attendance notice

elementary school student students with resident registration in Kanazawa Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural, or national elementary and junior high schools.
(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)
1. Application method
・Download the application form (PDF: 59KB) and fill in required items in the guardian (applicant) column and the thick frame.
(In Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, please contact us. )
For the entry method, please refer to registration form out-of-area study (example) (PDF: 82KB).
・You will need the original documents (notice of acceptance) that indicate that you have been approved for enrollment, such as a “entrance letter” from the school you plan to attend, is required.
Please attach it to the application form and mail it.
