Check ups for Infants and Toddlers (4-month-old, 1-year-old and 6-month-old, 3-year-old)

※In holding, it is condition that budget is decided in Yokohama-shi assembly in 2025. It will not be held if the budget is not voted on.

Please cooperate with the following when you visit.
（１） If you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
（２） Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.
（３） When visiting the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing and hand disinfection at the entrance.
（４） Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring a filth bag.

For medical examinations for 4 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 year olds, a notice is mailed to the target person in advance (around the 20th of every month). Please refer to the notice for your Reception hours. Please cooperate with the strict adherence of Reception hours so that the medical examination site is not crowded.

If you can not come on the designated date / time, please come on the next and subsequent schedules.

Using the “Medical Institution Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Consultation Card”, which is bound to the separate Maternal and Child Health Handbook, you can provide free medical examinations and childcare consultations at medical institutions three times by the age of one year. (Delimited by age)
You can consult only at a contracted medical institution in the city. The implementation date varies depending on the medical institution, so please check in advance before using.
