Notice
In order to have a safe medical checkup (updated on May 11, 2023)
We ask for your cooperation in the following ways.
（１） If you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
（２） Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.
（３） When you come to the office, please cooperate with infection prevention such as hand washing and hand disinfection at the entrance.
（４） We have you cooperate in taking out used diapers. Please bring your filth bag.

Infant health check-up schedule
For medical examinations for 4 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 year olds, a notice is mailed to the target person in advance (around the 20th of every month). Please refer to the notice for your Reception hours. Please cooperate with strict adherence to Reception hours so that the medical examination site is not crowded.
If you can not come on the designated date / time, please come on the next and subsequent dates.

About the use of medical institution Check ups for Infants and Toddlers consultation card
Using the "Medical Institution Check ups for Infants and Toddlers Consultation Card" bound in the separate Maternal and Child Health Handbook, you can provide medical examinations and childcare consultations at medical institutions three times by the age of one year. (Depending on age)
Medical examinations are available only at contracted medical institutions in the city. The implementation date varies depending on the medical institution, so please check in advance before using.
