From 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on September 24, the telephone from the Kanagawa Ward Office was unconnected.
The cause was due to a malfunction of equipment under the jurisdiction of NTT, a telephone line operator.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to the citizens.
