　On Saturday, February 29, the graduation ceremony of the fifth term of "Kanagawa Ward community development University" was held, and diplomas were handed to graduates by Principal Shio Sato (Chairman of the Neighborhood Association Liaison Council of Kanagawa Ward Union Neighborhood Associations).
　In order to solve local issues and become a livable city, graduates have received six lectures, including on-site tours of local activities, and with the advice of experts, so that they can solve local issues and become a livable town. . It is filled with passion and hope for the local community.
　Unfortunately, due to the influence of the new coronavirus, the presentation of the "Dream Plan" and the exchange meeting with local people have been postponed, but it was a warm graduation ceremony to congratulate each other with friends who have learned together for six months.
　We look forward to the announcement of the graduates' "Dream Plan" again. I hope that you will continue to value the friends you have learned together and excite Kanagawa Ward!
