※You can apply for two consecutive months or more in one-month units during the above posting period. Therefore, it is not possible to apply for one month only.
※As it becomes offer of 2024, we cannot apply across the year.
※If the advertising switching date falls on a holiday, the number of days will increase or decrease.

Please apply by the 20th of the month before the desired publication month.
※　If the 20th of the previous month is a holiday or a holiday, please apply by the next open agency day.

First-come, first-served basis
※Tighten on a daily basis. Applications received on the same day will be treated as the same order.
※If there is an application that exceeds the number of vacant slots within the same day, Yokohama City will draw a lottery and decide.
※The same day shall be treated with Hours. (Applications received after 5:15 pm will be in the same order as the application received by 5:15 pm on the next open agency day.)

１. Please download the Advertisement Application Form.

２. Fill out the required items and send it to Public Relations Section Kanagawa Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division. You can bring, mail, e-mail or fax.　　
※For details on how to apply, please refer to "Applications and Inquiries" below.

３. [Apply 7 to 10 days after application] Yokohama City will send you a notification of selection (or non-selection) notification.

４. When you receive the selection notice, please attach your name seal and income stamp on the consent form (enclosed with the selection notice), and mail it to the application in 2.
In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB Page Advertisement Standard Agreement will be replaced by the contract.

　
５. [1 week before the start of posting] Please submit a banner image.

６. Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery letter of advice sent from Yokohama City.

７. [Posting Start Date] Please make sure that it is posted on the web page. (However, working hours will be until 11 am on the posting date.)

Advertisements cannot be placed in the following cases. (Excerpts and summaries from each regulation)
Specifically, please confirm Yokohama-shi insertion summary and Yokohama-shi insertion standard.

• Anything that may violate public order and morals
• Politically
• Those of religiousness
• Customs business and similar to customs business
• Tobacco
• Gambling
• Industry and businesses that cause social problems
• Facilities that perform similar medical activities that are not stipulated by law (manipulative clinic, chiropractic, esthetics, etc.)
• Person who is behind with city taxes
• Those who have received administrative guidance and have not been improved
• Other advertisements that cannot be posted (medical, dentistry, midwifery, hospital, clinics, midwifery offices, treatment centers (Anma massage shiatsu, beam, kyu, judo reduction), pharmacies, drugstores, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, regenerative medicine products, health foods, special purpose foods, etc.)

※Please note that we may ask you to correct the advertising content and design.
