Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan Kanagawa Ward Plan “Kanagawa Ward Town Development Plan”

　"Town development" is approach of inhabitant of a ward, company and administration to make one's town better in all aspects of inhabitants of a ward.
　In addition, "city planning" means that such town development aims to regulate and guide land use in order to embody the way of the town, and to determine the necessary items for town development as basic facilities such as roads and parks. By doing so, we plan healthy development and orderly maintenance of city, and "city planning master plan" becomes basic policy about these city planning.
　The Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan is composed of a "whole design" and a "regional design".
　Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan Kanagawa Ward Plan “Kanagawa Ward Town Development Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “Kanagawa Ward Town Development Plan”) corresponds to “regional plans”.

　In 2003, Kanagawa Ward formulated the Kanagawa Ward Community Development Plan. More than 10 years have passed since then, and due to the development of higher-level and related plans, progress in the Kanagawa Ward Community Development Plan, and changes in socio-economic conditions, the Kanagawa Ward Community Development Plan was revised on March 15, 2019.
