About infant medical examination (4 months old child, 1 year old 6 months old child, 3 years old child) to carry out in ward office
For those who are eligible, the Kanagawa Ward Office will send you a notice of consultation. To alleviate congestion, Reception hours is being distributed. Please cooperate to come to Reception hours on the day of the medical examination described in the announcement.
Requests for coming to an infant health checkup
- If you have symptoms such as a cold, fever, or acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
- Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for medical examination.
- At the time of medical examinations, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
- Thank you for your cooperation in taking used diapers. Please bring your filth bag.
Notice when undergoing a medical examination
- The venue will be on the second floor of the Kanagawa Ward Office annex.
- Please use public transportation as much as possible on the day because the number of parking lots is small. Please note that you cannot extend the medical examination time even if the parking lot is crowded.
- Please do not leave the venue after receiving the medical examination. If you are absent when you call, you may not be able to receive a medical examination.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the venue (you can use the nursing room, but please prepare hot water yourself). For strollers, please use the stroller storage area in the venue.
- If you are inconvenient or sick on the designated date, please come to the schedule after the designated date (you do not need to contact us).
