About procedure when we want proof that we are on hold

　We apply for the use of nursery schools and issue "reservation letter of advice" to person who was put on hold. Those who have received the "Pending Notice"
　If you still need proof that you are on hold ("Pending Certificate"), please contact the ward office Children and Families Support Division.
　Please come to the ward office window with identification documents (driver's license, etc.) of the person coming to the agency.
