The taste of meals and how to eat vary from child to child. Let's take this opportunity to think together!

・Contents: Talk about how to recommend baby food (lecture), simple cooking demonstration and tasting
・Belongings: Writing instruments, drinks and spoons for children

※I don't have anything to do. If you are traveling with children, you will need to take the course together.
In the morning of the baby food class, we provide consultation on the dietary life of children.
About baby food: We introduce recipe in official account [cookpad] of Yokohama-shi (outside site).
Dietary consultation for children
Dietitians will provide individual consultation on the dietary habits of children from infants to puberty.
