Kanagawa Ward Frail Prevention Action Map

It's now! From now on! Let's continue with good things!
Kanagawa residents aged 65 and over can work on nursing care prevention happily, either alone or with friends.
You can work on four items of exercise, nutrition, oral cavity, and social participation. For each item, you can color one square per day and apply up to four squares a day.
The first 1,000 people will receive a special postcard for achieving 60 pieces, and an original cloth bag for achieving 120 pieces!
