Kanagawa Ward community support Promotion Business Subsidy

Outline of Business

In the event of a large-scale disaster, the community support (helping each other) will help the local community.
To support disaster prevention activities conducted by community support, organized by disaster prevention organizations in towns organized by Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and others, the Kanagawa Ward community support Promotion Project Subsidy will be provided for lectures, tours of disaster prevention facilities, and purchase of disaster prevention equipment and materials.

Target group

 Disaster prevention organizations in the town (Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, etc.) and organizations that are applying for a subsidy for disaster prevention organization activities in the town in FY2024

Application period

 April 1, 1960 to January 31, 2007

Amount of subsidies to be issued

 Two-thirds of the cost of disaster prevention activities and the purchase of disaster prevention equipment and materials carried out by the town's disaster prevention organizations (Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, etc.)           
 (Up to 150,000 yen for organizations that have used this subsidy in the past three years, up to 250,000 yen for other organizations.)

Subjects of assistance

 (1) Outsourcing costs such as lectures by outside lecturers and instructors
 (2) Rental fees for venue facilities used in lectures, etc.
 (3) Rental fee for microbuses when visiting disaster prevention facilities
 (4) Local disaster prevention map preparation costs
 (5) Purchase and preparation costs for disaster prevention equipment and materials

Past assistance results

 Outsourcing of lectures by outside lecturers and instructors, rent for microbuses when visiting disaster prevention facilities, local disaster prevention maps, gas generators, etc.
 Digital transceiver rear car, portable power supply, stand-pipe initial-stage fire-fighting techniques. equipment, balloon floodlight, AED (purchased)

Those not eligible

 Items intended to store warehouses and goods, food and water, lease contract costs, consumables such as gasoline and dry batteries
