This is a place where people who have lost their homes due to collapse or disappearing due to an earthquake, etc., can live an evacuation life for a certain period of time. We designate 25 municipal elementary and junior high schools in evacuation shelter in ward (from April, 2015).
The evacuation shelter is based on mutual assistance provided by local residents. The evacuation shelter Steering Committee is comprised of the local government and schools.
