Room of the Izumi Ward mascot character "Izun"

The mascot character "Izun" was born to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the constituency system, with the aim of encouraging the people of Izumi Ward to have an attachment to Izumi Ward and promoting Izumi Ward.

In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the constituency system, in the summer of 2006, the mascot character of the mascot character.
Design and names were recruited, and were selected from 141 entries.
About five points, we performed inhabitant of a ward vote (2,164 votes) in November.

Then, in February 2007, the creator of Izumi Ward.
Yuichi Ito designed Izun based on the original picture.

We rent out "stuffed costumes" for use at events in Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.

Please note that you will not be able to borrow even if you send the application form without prior notice.
・The costume will be delivered in Hours (except on the second and fourth Saturday) at the Izumi Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division Planning and Adjustment Section (307 on the 3rd floor) after submitting the loan application form.
Please note that you will not be able to deliver it even if you come outside of Hours.
