"Look at the Scarecrow,"
"Look at the Scarecrow" Photographer: Katsumasa Kawakami Photo Location: In front of Tenno Moriizumi Park

Comments
The scenery of Izumi Ward like Scarecrow and Inaho.
Visitors who look at the scarecrow interestingly give warmth to the whole picture.
The overall composition is wonderful and beautiful, such as the yellow rice ears, the blue of the sky, the white clouds, the color of the road, and the greenery of the grove.

Excellence Award (2 points)

"Autumn Rice Harvesting and Municipal Subway"
"Autumn Rice Harvesting and Municipal Subway" Photographer: Hidetoshi Shindo Photo Location: Along the Izumi River

Comments
Manjushage on the side of the road, the straw and sky of rice fields, and the modern train that runs straight there express the uniqueness of Izumi Ward.
The expression of perspective and the composition that captures the timing of passing a train is excellent.
In the overall pale color, lush green and red manjushage tighten the image of the photo.

"The sunset of Mount Fuji,"
"The Evening of Mount Fuji" Photographer: Masaharu Kano Photo Location: Hinatayama bus stop

Comments
A landscape like Izumi Ward where you can see Tanzawa and Mount Fuji at the end of the farmland.
The condition of the sunset, such as the color of the sky and the darkness of the surroundings, is well-tuned, and the shape of the shaded grove is well balanced.
By combining the building together, the warmth of people is expressed, and the sunset slightly reflected on the roof is also interesting.
