Volunteers at Izumi Ward Office

In order to promote the creation of a friendly and easy-to-understand ward office, the Izumi Ward Office asks residents of the ward to pick up customers at the ward office entrance and provide information on the window.
In addition, we have everybody suggest what we noticed, felt, idea through daily activity and lead to business improvement of ward office.

(1)Contact information for customers: We will welcome you at the front entrance of the Izumi Ward Office (indoor) and guide you to the counter.
(2)Exchange of opinions at window guidance volunteer meetings: We will make suggestions for improvement, etc. (about twice a year)
(3)Other: You will be required to take various trainings. (Business training, etc.)

About once a week (we ask for activities according to your convenience.)

Half-day unit, 2 hours and 30 minutes at a time (morning: 9: 30-noon, afternoon: 1: 00-3: 30, break)
The activity period is 2 years.

We are recruiting new activists every year from December to the end of January. As the recruitment period approaches, articles will be posted on the "Public Relations Yokohama Izumi Ward Edition" and on the Izumi Ward website.
