In order to promote the creation of a friendly ward office, Izumi Ward Office is looking for volunteers to provide information at the ward office entrance.

(1)Contact information for customers: We will welcome you at the front entrance of the Izumi Ward Office (indoor) and guide you to the counter.
(2)Exchange of opinions at window guidance volunteer meetings: We will make suggestions for improvement, etc.
(3)Other: You will be required to take various trainings.

About once a week (we ask for activities according to your convenience.)

Half-day unit, 2 hours and 30 minutes at a time (morning: 9: 30-noon, afternoon: 1: 00-3: 30, break)
The activity period is 2 years.
