"Ayame Communication" publication standards

In the public information Yokohama Izumi Ward version, there is a section that lists the activities of organizations and individual volunteers registered in Izumi Ward.
If you would like to publish in "Ayame Tsushin", please check the publication criteria and submit a publication request form by the deadline for manuscript.

Please note that it may not be possible to post due to space limitations.

1 Listing Criteria

（１） Listed organization standards
Oh, group or individual who has registered in human resources bank of Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center and passed one year or more
Group with a section that serves as a contact point at i ward office

（２） Listing monthly basis
A. When prior application is not required
　Event dates are from the 11th of the posting month to the 10th of the following month.
(A) When prior application is required
　It depends on "first-come-first-served" (postcards and mail-first-served receptions cannot be posted) or "lottery".
・　"First come first served" ⇒ Events where the reception start date is "from the 11th of the posting month to the 10th of the following month".
・　"Lottery" ⇒ Events with a deadline of "From the 15th of the posting month to the 14th of the following month".

（３） Contents
(A) Must not be dark, political shade or religious hue;
(B) It must not be a business for the purpose of recruiting members or for profit (including similar businesses).
(C) Those whose contents have been finalized by the date of submission of the original draft.
D. The same content must not be posted within one year.
(E) The target persons must not be extremely limited.
It should not be intended for all city areas.
(G) The content, date and time, venue, target, cost, etc. must be clear and there is no risk of disrupting the reader.
Those that may be posted on the Izumi Ward Office website.
(K) Information that may provide information to other media (local town paper / cable TV).

2 Requests

（１） Request method
Fill out the "Request Form" and submit it by fax, e-mail, or to the office 1st floor 101st window Public Relations Section.

※The manuscript submitted by fax or e-mail will be notified within 5 business days after receipt by Public Relations Section. If you do not contact us, be sure to check it.

（２） Due date

3 Calibration

• At the beginning of the month before publication, the person in charge will ask you to confirm the manuscript.
• Regardless of whether there is any correction, please contact Public Relations Section to confirm the manuscript.
• Please note that if the manuscript cannot be confirmed, we will not be able to post it.

4 Others

1. Please take care to respond to inquiries about the contents of the publication.
2. Please note that if you receive a complaint, you may not be able to post it.
3. The ultimate responsibility for the content of the publication is attributable to the publication organization.
