"Ayame Communication" publication criteria

In the public relations Yokohama Izumi Ward version, we have set up a section to list the activities of organizations and individual volunteers registered with Izumi Ward.
If you would like to publish in "Ayame Tsushin", please check the publication standards and submit a publication request form by the manuscript deadline.
Please note that it may not be possible to post it due to space limitations.
1 Listing Standards
(1) Listing organization standards
Oh, group or individual who has registered in human resources bank of Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center and has passed more than one year.
A group with a section that serves as a contact point at the ward office
(2) Date of publication
Oh, when prior application is not required
The event date is from the 11th of the publication month to the 10th of the following month.
B. When prior application is required
It depends on the "first-come-first-served" (postcard / mail reception cannot be posted) or "lottery".
・ "First arrival" ⇒ Events whose reception start date is "From the 11th of the publication month to the 10th of the following month".
・ "Lottery" ⇒ Events whose deadline is "From the 15th of the publication month to the 14th of the following month".
(3) Contents
Oh, it must not have a strong political or religious shade.
(A) Not being a business for the purpose of recruiting members or for-profit (including similar businesses).
(C) The contents have been finalized by the date of submission of the original draft.
D. The same content must not be posted within one year.
(E) The subject must not be extremely limited.
F. Not applicable to all city areas.
The content, date and time, venue, target, cost, etc. must be clear and there is no risk of confusion for readers.
It may be posted on the Izumi Ward Office website.
(C) Information that may be provided to other media (local town paper / cable TV).
2 Requests
(1) Request method
Fill out the “Request Form” and submit it by fax, e-mail, or to the 101st window Public Relations Section on the first floor of the ward office.
Please submit one of the following.
※The manuscript submitted by fax or e-mail will be notified within 5 business days after receipt in Public Relations Section. If you do not contact us, be sure to check it.

3 Calibration
- At the beginning of the month before publication, the person in charge will ask you to confirm the manuscript.
- Regardless of whether there is any correction, please contact Public Relations Section to confirm the manuscript.
- Please note that if you cannot confirm your manuscript, you will not be able to post it.
4 Others
- Please be careful so that you can respond to inquiries about the contents of the publication.
- Please note that if you receive a complaint, you may not be able to post it. .
- The final responsibility for the content of the publication will be returned to the publication organization.
