1st regular meeting (May 26)
Submission of written opinion, request for examination
At the first regular meeting on May 26, the hearing results about each ward office work business started in January were compiled as a statement of position, and was handed to Mayor Shimomura by Chairman Kitahara.
In addition, Director General asked us to consider ways to continue Izumi Ward's community activities.
