Items to be considered for this fiscal year
In the first regular meeting (the first day) on April 24, about examination schedule until February next year and "basic way of thinking about Yokohama-shi city planning master plan Izumi Ward plan revision" which we continue examination from last year , It was confirmed that we submit statement of position to Mayor Izumi.

Submission of written opinion
At the first regular meeting (the second day) on July 3, a written opinion on the "Basic way of thinking on the Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan Izumi Ward Plan Revision" Was handed by Chairman Kitahara to Mayor Izumi Shimomura.

The 2nd and 3rd regular meetings
Business Evaluation
At the 2nd and 3rd regular meetings, nine of the 41 independent projects were selected based on questionnaires from committee members, and the project evaluation was conducted (three meetings and seven subcommittees), and a written opinion on business evaluation was submitted to Director General on December 4.
The 4th regular meeting
At the 4th regular meeting, we took up examples of initiatives for "supporting activities such as daily life assistance" in four districts in the city, and information exchange was carried out to solve local issues.
