Providing a place for activities

If you apply for use registration at the Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center, you can use the meeting room and letter case free of charge.

It can be used for study sessions, meetings, meetings, and work.
※"Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center user registration" is necessary beforehand.

From 9am to 12pm
12 p.m. to 15:00 p.m.

※Usage time includes cleaning and cleaning time.
※It is not available on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and New Year holidays.

1. From the same day three months before the day you want to use, we will accept it on a first-come, first-served basis by telephone, window, etc. As a general rule, you can reserve up to 2 frames per month.
2. Two months before the date you want to use, you can make multiple reservations only for vacant frames.

It can be used for storing, exchanging information, communicating, etc. of activity materials and documents within local activities and learning activities groups.
※It cannot be used for PR activities to the general public.
※"Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center user registration" and "letter case use application" are necessary in advance.

Specifications: Drawer type (A4 size) and does not lock.

Storage: Up to 500 sheets of A4 size paper can be stored.

Location: Inside the Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center (1st floor 104th floor, Izumi Ward Office)

Group which wants to register, download "Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center user registration application (style 1)" from the bottom, fill in required items, and submit to Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center.
※We distribute application at Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center window.

The registration deadline is from the date of registration until the last day of the year. (Registration is carried out at any time.)

◆Currently, we are accepting applications for use in 2024 (from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025). (first-come, first-served basis)　　　　　

If you would like to use the letter case, download the “Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center User Registration Application Form (Form 1)” and the “Letter Case Use Application Form (Form 3)” from the bottom and fill in required items. Fill in and submit to Izumi Ward Residents' Activities Support Center.

※Registered Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank must submit only the letter case application form (Form 3).
※We distribute application at Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center window.
