Provision of a place for activities

If you apply for registration at the Izumi Kumin Activity Support Center, you can use the meeting room and letter case free of charge.

It can be used for study sessions, meetings, meetings, work, etc.

From 112:00 to 15:00 p.m.
From 15:00 to 17:00 pm
※Use time includes cleaning up and cleaning time.
※It is not available on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays.

1. From the same day three months before the date you want to use, you will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by telephone, window, etc. As a general rule, you can reserve up to 2 frames per month.
2. From two months before the date you want to use, you can make a reservation multiple times only for vacant frames.

It can be used to store activity materials and documents in local activities and learning activities groups, exchange information, contact, etc.
※It cannot be used for PR activities to the general public.
※"Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center user registration" and "letter case use application" are necessary beforehand.

Specifications: Drawer type (A4 size), no key.

Storage: Up to 500 sheets of A4 size paper can be stored

Location: In Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center (104 window on the first floor of Izumi Ward government office)

Group which wants registration, please download "Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center user registration application (style 1)" from the bottom, fill in required items, and submit to Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center.

The registration deadline is from the date of registration to the last day of the year. (Registration is done from time to time.)

If you would like to use the letter case, download the "Izumi Kumin Activity Support Center User Registration Application Form (Form 1)" and "Letter Case Usage Application Form (Form 3)" from below and fill out required items and submit it to the Izumi Kumin Activity Support Center.

※Registered persons of Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank must submit only the letter case application form (Form 3).
※We distribute application at Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center window.
