Report on the 2020 “Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank Hobby and Activities PR Exhibition”

A1 A poster was posted, and a handbill was placed next to it.
A total of 28 organizations and individuals of the Human Resources Bank publicized their activities with unique posters, and in 10 days, a total of 893 flyers were brought home.

We broadcast human resources bank activity introduction video on screen of inhabitant of a ward hall and TV monitor.
The video was created by human resources bank registrants (Izumi Ward PC Friendship Association and SIDE BEACH CITY.)

Ten registrants made presentations.

No application is required, and the event was held on a first-come, first-served basis.
There were 19 participants in all experience corners, and each activity was enjoyed.

• I learned a lot of inhabitants' activities.
• I was glad to see the fun flyer.
• There were many presentations, experiences, videos, and exhibitions. The period is 2 weeks and it is easy to participate.
• It was a heartwarming time for the team to play.
• Everyone was sparkling and lively.
• It was fun for children to play.
• It was my first time, but I was able to teach me while praise a lot in an easy-to-understand manner! Thank you very much.

• Until now, I have never done self-promotion using images, but it was good to have such an opportunity this time and make new attempts.
• As many people as possible, we were able to get to know our activities.
• It was nice to know that you can make a presentation even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• I was worried whether I could do it for my first experience or if people would come, but I enjoyed myself enough to forget it.

　In order to create opportunities for connecting Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank registrants who want to promote their activities and those who want to start something and are looking for instructors and performers, we have implemented sufficient measures against COVID-19 infections.

　In the poster & flyer exhibition, we had more flyers brought home than last year. In the presentation, registrants whose number of places to perform due to the COVID-19 pandemic said, "I'm glad I was able to make a presentation after a long time!" From the one who saw it, "I was able to get well even during the COVID-19 pandemic." Thank you very much for your feedback. The video corner was the first attempt. I think that it was easy to convey the image by watching the activities in the video. At the experience corner, there were groups who joined the circle after the experience, and many people enjoyed it.

　　The Izumi Residents' Activities Support Center will continue to work to support local activities and Izumi Ward's "human resources" through courses and human resource banks. We look forward to your participation and inquiries.
