Report on the 2020 “Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank Hobby and Activities PR Exhibition” held

10 days excluding Saturdays and Sundays from Monday, March 1, 2021 to Friday, March 12, 2021
The experience corner is for 5 days from Monday, March 8, 2021 to Friday, March 12, 2021.

A1 Poster was posted, and a handbill for take-out was arranged next to it.
A total of 28 registrants of the Human Resources Bank publicized their activities with posters full of individuality, and in 10 days, a total of 893 flyers were brought home.

A video introducing human resource bank activities was broadcast on the screen of the inhabitant hall and on the TV monitor.
The video was created with the cooperation of human resources bank registrants (Izumi Ward PC Friends Association and SIDE BEACH CITY, a non-profit organization town development agent).

10 groups of registrants made presentations.

The event was held on a first-come, first-served basis.
A total of 19 participants, all experience corners had participants, and they enjoyed their activities.

• I understood various inhabitants' activities.
• I was happy to see the fun flyer.
• There were a lot of presentations, experiences, videos, and exhibitions. It's easy to participate in 2 weeks.
• It was a heartwarming time when the team played together.
• Everyone was sparkling and lively and wonderful.
• It was fun for children to play.
• It was my first time, but it was fun to teach me while complimenting a lot in an easy-to-understand manner! Thank you very much.

• Until now, I had never done a self-promotion using video, but I'm glad I had this opportunity to make a new attempt.
• I was able to get to know our activities with the eyes of as many people as possible.
• I'm glad you know that you can make a presentation even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• I was worried about whether I could do it for my first experience or people would come, but I enjoyed myself as much as I forgot.

　We held sufficient measures to prevent COVID-19 infections in order to create opportunities to connect people who want to start something and are looking for instructors and performers with Izumi Ward Human Resources Bank registrants.

　In the poster and flyer exhibition, we had more flyers brought back than last year. In the presentation, "I'm glad I was able to make a presentation after a long absence!" From the audience, "I was fine even during the COVID-19 pandemic." Thank you very much. The video corner was the first attempt. I think that it was easy to convey the image by watching the activities in the video. At the experience corner, there were some groups who joined the circle after the experience, and many people enjoyed it.
