About registration procedure

According to the purpose of registration, fill out the registration application form with required items and submit it directly to the Izumi Ward Residents' Activities Support Center window (1st floor 104).

About registration period

1.　The registration base date is February 1, 2024, and is two years.
2.　Person who hopes for renewal of registration sends guidance from Izumi inhabitant of a ward activity support center at update time, so please file within deadline.
3.　If there is any change in the registered contents during the registration period, please contact us immediately and submit the registration details change slip.
