In Yokohama City, we strive for sanitary and efficient disposal of garbage with the aim of becoming a comfortable city, and are promoting waste reduction and recycling.
These projects, which are directly related to civil life, can have even greater effects with the understanding and cooperation of citizens.
The Environmental Business Promotion Committee consists of members recommended by the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations. In addition to separating and recycling, we are engaged in 3R activities aimed at reducing the amount of waste and de-global warming in the region.
