About mail acceptance of out-of-area attendance report

elementary school studenｔ students with resident registration in Izumi Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural, or national elementary and junior high schools.
(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)

You will need the original document that shows that you have been approved for enrollment, such as a “admission consent form” from the school you plan to attend. Please attach it to the registration form you filled out.

• You can submit a report by mail only when you enter a new school. In the case of transfer, please notify us at the counter.
• For Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, we may contact you.
• Please note that documents that indicate that you have been approved for study do not include a letter of acceptance.
• Please note that we will not contact you for receipt unless there is any deficiency. Therefore, it is certain that simple registered mail is used when mailing.
