Check ups for Infants and Toddlers

In Health and Welfare Center, we hold Check ups for Infants and Toddlers for 4-month-old children, 1 year and 6-month-old children and 3 year olds. It is recommended that you have a consultation for your child's healthy growth. Information on the day of the medical examination will be provided individually. If your child is unwell on the designated date, such as if your child is ill, please come to the next schedule.

About conduct of infants medical examination (4 months old child, 1 year old 6 months old child, 3 years old child) carrying out in ward office

At the ward office, after thorough measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we carry out infant health checkups (4 months old, 1 year and 6 month old child, 3 years old).

Requests for consultation

  • On the day, take the temperature of children and visitors at home, and if you have a fever, please refrain from consulting.
  • In order to avoid congestion in the medical examination hall, please refrain from visiting families other than parents (grandparents, siblings, etc.) as much as possible.

4-month-old child Health Checkups

You can see the sitting on the neck and the ability to see things firmly, whether there is growth or illness, and the opening of the hip joint.

1 year old and 6 months old Health Checkups

See if you are able to walk alone and if you are trying to communicate with words.
In addition, you will see if there are no cavity or not easily become cavity, how teeth grow and engagement.

3-year-old Health Checkups

See how to understand and talk about words, which are important points in development in the latter half of childhood, and whether you can play with them.
In addition, there are dental checkups and urinalysis on the day. Please bring the urine of the day in the designated container.
