Check ups for Infants and Toddlers

In Health and Welfare Center, we conduct Check ups for Infants and Toddlers for 4-month-old, 1-year-old and 6-month-old and 3-year-old. We recommend that you consult a doctor for the healthy growth of your child. We will give you information on the date of the medical examination individually. If your child is unsatisfactory on the designated day, please come to the next schedule.

About conduct of infant medical examination (4-month-old child, 1-year-old 6-month-old child, 3-year-old child) carrying out in ward office

The ward office conducts infant health checkups (4-month-old children, 1-year-old and 6-month-old children, 3-year-old children) after thorough measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.

Request for consultation

  • On the day, please measure the temperature of children and visitors at home, and refrain from consulting if you have a fever.
  • In order to avoid congestion in the medical examination hall, please refrain from visiting families other than parents (grandparents, siblings, etc.) as much as possible.

Health Checkups, 4-month-old child

Look at the strength of the neck and the ability to see things firmly, the presence or absence of growth and illness, and the opening of the hip joint.

1 year and 6 month old child Health Checkups

See if you are able to walk alone and if you are trying to communicate with words.
You can also see if there are no cavity, whether it is not easy to become a cavity, how teeth grow and bite.

3-year-old Health Checkups

See how you can understand and talk words, which are important points of development in the latter half of childhood, and see if you can play freshly.
In addition, there are dental checkups and urinalysis on the day. Please bring the urine of the day in the designated container.
