An organization that meets all of the following conditions.
・A group that is active in the city and is organized by 5 or more members.
・Do not violate public order and morals, and not be an organization or group related to a specific political or religious activity.
・Do not engage in activities that may harm the public interest.
・Do not have a legal status. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to non-profit corporations.
・The target is not limited to children belonging to a specific organization.

Businesses that meet all of the following conditions.
・Conducting projects that contribute to the youth development of children at least five times a year (six times a year since 2024).
・Participation fee must be free or inexpensive (equivalent to actual cost).
・About this subsidy, we do not receive assistance, the furtherance and trust from Yokohama-shi (ward), or there is no plan to receive.

≪The following are not applicable≫
・For commercial purposes or benefit only to a specific organization or individual
・The purpose of political or religious activities
・The main purpose is to exchange and fellowship among local residents and group members
・The main target is preschool children and parents, aimed at making friends, exchanging information, and supporting childcare.
・School after school program and similar activities
・Only research and research that does not involve project implementation
・It is intended only for maintenance and purchase of facilities and equipment
・Those that are against public order and morals.

Grants will be reviewed based on the submitted documents.

About grant result of subsidy (possibility of grant) of subsidy, we notify in "subsidy grant decision letter of advice" in about one month from application.

After receiving the "Subsidy Grant Decision Letter", please submit a subsidy bill (No. 13 style (word: 20KB))) immediately (Transfer of subsidy is one after receiving the bill It takes about a month).
　※In principle, requests for subsidies must be paid after the fact (all projects have been completed and the report is submitted). However, if it is deemed difficult to implement the project without receiving the subsidy, you will be entitled to a prepayment of the subsidy.
