Izumi Ward Youth Instructors' Council

Youth instructors are commissioned by Yokohama City for the purpose of promoting the healthy development of young people by promoting youth voluntary activities and their development activities in the local community, and are engaged in various youth healthy development activities. .
In Izumi Ward, 148 people are active as youth instructors in 12 districts. (As of February 1, 2025)
Major Activities
☆NEW ☆The 38th Izumi Ward Youth Festival will be held!
We will hold the Izumi Ward Youth Festival again this year with the slogan "Let's communicate now." ☆*
Local children, such as Japanese drums, karate, dance, singing, etc., demonstrate the results of their daily practice.♫
Please come and visit us.

We exhibited "2024 whole city unification action campaign activity" enlightenment handbill illustration candidate work!
We recruited illustrations from elementary and junior high schools in the city to be published in the enlightenment flyer of the "Reiwa 6 Years of All-Japan Movement Campaign Activities" hosted by the Yokohama City Aomori Instructor Liaison Council and exhibited them.

The 37th Izumi Ward Youth Festival was held!
The Izumi Ward Youth Festival was held again this year with the slogan "Let's communicate now." ☆*
On the day of the event, 14 groups, mainly in Izumi Ward, demonstrated the results of daily practice such as Japanese drum performance, dance and chorus!
The venue was excited by the enthusiasm of the stage. ☆Thank you very much for your participation.
