About Vaccinations's pre-examination card
- Since April 2014, Yokohama City has been sending Vaccinations's pre-examination voucher (vaccination coupons) to those who are subject to routine immunization. If you have not received the pre-examination card that should be sent, please contact the Medical Care Bureau Health and Safety Division (Tel: 045-671-4190). If you have lost it, please contact Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section.
Those who are vaccinated outside the city
- Those who wish to be vaccinated outside the city need to apply. For more information, please contact Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section. In addition, when we inoculate in medical institution of the suburbs, we pay in principle.
