About food hygiene manager practical training course

Food hygiene managers must attend a practical training course for food hygiene managers at least once a year to acquire new knowledge on food hygiene. The program will be held on the following schedule in FY2023.
※Notification is required if a new food hygiene manager is newly established or changed. About report, please confirm report (outside site) of change of business permission application matter or business report matter.

※If the application has reached the capacity, please take the course at another time.
※If you are unable to attend the course on the above schedule, please attend the Izumi Ward Food Sanitation Association, which will be announced by postcard at a later date.

・Food Sanitation Officer (certificate)
・Writing utensils
※On June 1, 2021, the Yokohama City Public Health Center changed its "Food Sanitation Officer Card with a photo of the person's face" to the "Food Sanitation Officer Card without a photo of the person's face". Names vary depending on the time of grant, but both are valid.
