Improve everyone's health! Festival

We will hold a health promotion event that also serves as "World No Tobacco Day / Smoking Week", "Food Education Month", and "Tooth and Mouth Health Habits".

Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 10 am to 2:00 pm

Health and Welfare Center, 1st Floor, Izumi Ward Office

Measurement and experience corner

★Measurement of bone health (health activity promotion member)
★Blood vessel age measurement (health activity promotion member)
★Lung age measurement
★Brain health check from age 50
・Measurement of muscle strength and balance of legs from age 65
・Frail measurement from the age of 65
・Oral flail measurement from age 50
・Veggie check
・Food Education Workshop (Health Mate)
・Bath salts (Izumi Ward Pharmacists Association)

★We will distribute a numbered ticket on the day.
From 10:00 to 12:00 Measurements will be distributed from 10:00, and from 12:00 to 13:00 measurement will be distributed from 11:30.
Up to two types of tickets can be received at one time.

No smoking cessation and medicine consultation

Video Screening Corner

A video about "Health promotion" will be screened. You can view it freely during the event (free entry and exit).

Panel Display Corner

We will exhibit panels on "health promotion" and distribute leaflets.
