In Izumi Ward, local welfare officers, children's committees and chief children's committees are active in 12 districts. Each committee member has a duty of confidentiality by law. As we do not talk about consultation contents to other people, please talk about trouble in life such as "care" or "child care" in peace.
If you would like to know the local welfare officer, children's committee and chief children's committee in your district, please contact Health and Welfare Division Administration Planning Section (312, 3rd floor, TEL: 800-2401).

How do you choose?
The members of the Consumer Affairs Committee and the Children's Committee will hold the District Recommendation Preparatory Committee mainly in Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, and the Chief Children's Committee will hold the Allied District Recommendation Preparatory Committee mainly in the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. After that, it will be commissioned by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare and the The Mayor of Yokohama after a city recommendation meeting. He is a part-time local government employee, has no salary and no compensation.
Certification of unemployed and non-income
There are many consultations to ask the local welfare committee members for "unemployed / non-income proof" in order to apply for dependent allowance at work or apply for dependent deduction / dependent certification.
Investigations that can be conducted by local welfare officers and children's committees to issue "survey documents" are limited, and those that are difficult to demonstrate or confirm facts cannot be handled.
Regarding requests for "unemployed / unpaid income proof", etc., a "survey on dependent facts" will be issued based on interviews with the client. Regarding no income, it is not possible to prove as a local welfare officer or children's committee, so please check with the certificate submission address to see if this "survey" may be acceptable.
