April 1, 1947Neighborhood Associations's administrative affairs will be carried over to the ward
April 1, 1947The School Education Law comes into effect, and a new school system is started. Five national schools: Isoko, Sugita, Negishi, Takigashira, and Hama are elementary schools.
May 5, 1947Negishi Junior High School and Hama Junior High School opens
June 1, 1947District offices will be set up at five locations in Negishi, Takigashira, Isoko, folding screengaura, and Kamisasashita (Announced 27.11.30)
August 1, 1947Isogo Tax Office is established in Maruyama-cho
August 22, 1947Takigashira Elementary School Okamura Branch School opens
March 7, 1948As a result of the reform of the police system, it became Isogo police department in Yokohama (1930.7.1 police department, Kanagawa Prefecture)
May 15, 1948Kanazawa Ward is separated from Isogo Ward. It will be 10 wards in the city
